How to Sync TeamSnap to Your Family Calendar

If your kid's team runs on TeamSnap, you don't have to live inside the TeamSnap app to know where everyone needs to be. TeamSnap publishes a calendar feed for every team — here's how to use it.

Step 1: Copy your team's calendar link

1. Log in to TeamSnap in your web browser (not the mobile app) and open your team.
2. Go to the team Schedule, then click Settings (or the sync/export icon).
3. Choose Sync Calendar or Export and copy the iCal link. It looks like a long web address ending in .ics.

Step 2: Put it in one family calendar

You can paste that link into Google Calendar or Apple Calendar — but if you're juggling multiple kids across TeamSnap, GameChanger, and group texts, that just moves the chaos around.

Import it into GamePlan free

GamePlan takes that same link and merges it with every other team schedule in your family — one timeline, color-coded by kid, re-synced every 30 minutes. One link per team, two minutes per team, done.

Does it stay updated?

Yes. The link is a live feed, not a one-time export. When the coach moves practice, the feed updates — and GamePlan picks it up automatically.
